Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed. Mix paints and coatings according to specifications and ensure proper application techniques. Apply paint using various methods, including spray, brush, and roller, to achieve a high-quality finish. Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and efficiency.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or related fields is a plus. Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and strength to handle equipment and materials safely.
